Gym Company - Bad experience
i signed with gym company in february 2018 but i later noticed on the form that the consultant wrote that i joined the gum last year 2017, worst of all i asked for 24 months contract he signed me up for 36 months without my consent, i phoned the head office at maponya mall they sent me back to the consultant who is situated at dobsonville mall, when i showed him the errors on the form he said its out of his hands i must go to the head office, at the head office the was no one to deal with this matter i was told that the people that deal with accounts were not at work that day, to this day I'm stuck with a dad deal.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $700.

Gym Company service is terrible, gosh. South African owned how can one support such mediocrity
Gym Company is a horrible service provider and really if you know what is good for you, rather go somewhere else. They are by far the worst company I have personally ever come across.
